To be within the right range for your height, you should weigh between 60.2 kg and 81.1 kg. So, you are supposed to reduce at least 6 kilograms. But it is possible by following proper diet which is very helpful and follow proper timings of the food and you may follow morning breakfast heavy and then later on reduce the quantity and night, you can consume light food which is helpful.
